Student Text
Presents critical physical science lessons in an easy-to-read format. Includes full-color photographs, charts, and tables. Science vocabulary is defined and highlighted throughout the text.
Teacher’s Binder
Includes reproducible activity sheets, teacher demonstrations, lab activities, chapter reviews, chapter tests, and answer keys.
Student Activity Journal
Reinforces the material in the student text, demonstrations, and labs. On each page, students use graphic organizers to review what they have learned, then write a short paragraph to respond to a prompt.

"Phy Sci Student Text"

My struggling students really benefited from this age-appropriate student text. The Physical Science text covers all of the skills, topics, and facts that the regular education curriculum addresses, but it does so in an easy to read text. My students who have problems reading were able to tackle this text, understand the concepts taught, and complete the activities that come in the teacher’s guide to show mastery of skills. The highly visual pictures, charts, tables, and diagrams were appealing and insightful. This book was well designed and useful for my special education students who don’t usually grasp science concepts because of the high vocabulary used in most science texts. I highly recommend this textbook for teaching physical science.
