High School Skills Practice Kit (9–12)
Engage older students with these activity-packed workbooks. Critical thinking skills are exercised in one-page worksheets that provide a wide range of language arts skills to practice in short, high-interest lessons linking learned concepts to real life. Students strengthen math skills with "hands-on" practice and application of skills, including "real-world" word problems. Science concepts are reinforced through short stories accompanied by four activities that use vocabulary words in a puzzle, riddle, or poem; a word puzzle; crossword puzzles, word blocks or a picture code or hidden message; and an activity requiring students to go beyond the given information.
